NOVEMBER Morning Mimosa Sound Bath

Be gently whisked away on a sweet sound journey with breath work and guided meditation.
We will journey into a sound chamber of light and healing with magical crystal tones singing bowls.
$25 Registration Includes:
one hour beginner friendly sound bath and one mimosa or glass of wine of your choice!
What should you bring besides your yoga mat & your friends!
Bring a blanket, a pillow and any crystals you want to charge and whatever you need to be completely comfortable.
