GLOW TONES Sound Bath

Join us on your mat October 30th 4-5:30 pm as Dani, @energydani carries you through an evening of Tones N Stones to celebrate the Spooky season. 👻
Bring your yoga mat & your friends!
Be gently whisked away on a sweet sound journey with breath work and guided meditation, featuring black lights and optional face painting.
We will journey into a sound chamber of light and healing with magical crystal tones singing bowls.
$25 Registration Includes:
one hour beginner friendly sound bath and one glass of wine of your choice!
What should you bring? yourself, a yoga mat, bottle of water, blanket, pillow, any crystals you want to charge and whatever you need to be completely comfortable. Feel free to wear white or neon comfortable clothing, paint your own face or nails, or arrive early to apply glow in the dark paint!
